Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Whitelabeler (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, whether you are a free trial user, a paid subscriber, or a visitor browsing our marketing pages.

Description of service

Whitelabeler is a software-as-a-service tool that generates Shopify Liquid sections based on competitor product page references you provide. The Service includes:

• AI-powered wireframe generation
• Conversion of wireframes to deployable Shopify Liquid code
• Deployment instructions and support documentation
• Email support during business hours

Account and subscription

To use the Service, you must create an account and maintain an active subscription. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase. We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers retain their current pricing until they cancel or change plans.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Access the Service through automated means without our written permission
• Resell access to the Service to third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this acceptable use policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Whitelabeler and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

Your content

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide (competitor URLs, screenshots, product names) and the outputs we generate for you (wireframes, Liquid files). You grant us a limited license to process these inputs solely to provide the Service.

Generated content and your store

Whitelabeler generates Shopify Liquid sections based on layout structures you reference. The generated code is yours to use, modify, and deploy. We make no warranty about the suitability, performance, or legal compliance of the generated code for your specific use case.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any pages you generate and deploy comply with applicable laws, third-party intellectual property rights, and the policies of your hosting platform (such as Shopify's terms of service).

Payment, refunds, and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge over a 7-day period. If we cannot collect payment, your account will be suspended until payment is received.

Disclaimers and limitations of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whitelabeler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the product. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
