When you use Whitelabeler to generate Shopify product pages, we temporarily process the competitor URL and screenshot you provide. We do not store these inputs after the generation completes.

When you visit our website or use our service, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

• Pages viewed and time spent on each page
• Referring URL

How we use your information

• PostHog for product analytics

Each of these providers has access only to the information necessary to perform their function and is bound by contractual obligations to keep your data secure.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website, remember your preferences, and analyze how our service is used. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the service may not function correctly as a result.

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, we retain your account data for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently delete it.

Generated wireframes and Liquid files are retained for the lifetime of your subscription. Competitor URLs and screenshots you upload are deleted immediately after generation completes.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request that we delete your data
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format

Children's privacy

Whitelabeler is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it.
