Return and Refund Policy

The short version

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchase.
• Everything we sell is digital. Access is given the moment you pay, and it cannot be handed back.
• Monthly plans and the Whitelabeler Club can be cancelled any time, and nothing is charged after you cancel.
• If you cancel the Club during its 30 day free trial, you are never charged.
• If something is not working the way it should, email us and we will fix it.

You agree to this policy when you tick the box at checkout.

Monthly plans

This covers the Builder, Pro and Enterprise plans. If you are on one of these plans, you keep it.

You can cancel any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Payments already made are not refunded, in full or in part.

Page packs

Page packs are the 1 page, 3 page and 10 page purchases. You pay once, and the pages never expire.

A page counts as used the first time you publish it to a Shopify store. Publishing that same page again later costs nothing.

Page packs are not refundable.

Start, Grow and Scale packs

These are the page packs we sell now:

• Start Pack: $39, or $29 for active Whitelabeler Club members. 3 pages, 5 mirrors and 10 credits. It opens manual editing.
• Grow Pack: $59, or $49 for active Whitelabeler Club members. 10 pages, 12 mirrors and 50 credits. It opens AI theme, rewrite and rebuild.
• Scale Pack: $149, or $119 for active Whitelabeler Club members. 30 pages, 33 mirrors and 100 credits. It opens AI theme, rewrite and rebuild, plus page scoring and the Section Builder, and it includes 1 month of the Whitelabeler Club, free.

The same rules as every page pack apply. You pay once, and the pages and mirrors never expire. A page counts as used the first time you publish it to a Shopify store. Publishing that same page again later costs nothing.

Start, Grow and Scale packs are not refundable. Extra credits bought with a pack or after it are not refundable either.

The Club month that comes with Scale is free, and it does not renew on its own: when it ends, nothing is charged. If you then choose to join the Club, it is $39 a month on your card until you cancel. Cancelling takes one click, and once a charge has gone through, it is not refunded.

The 1 page, 3 page and 10 page packs are no longer sold. If you bought one, nothing about it changes: its pages and mirrors are still yours, they never expire, and the Page packs section above still applies to them.

Free Trials Of A Pack

When you start a Start, Grow or Scale pack with a 7-day free trial, nothing is charged when the trial begins.

Before you start, we show you:

• the pack you selected
• the amount that will be charged if you keep it
• the date of that charge
• the card that will be charged

You can cancel your trial at any time before it ends.

If you cancel, the trial ends immediately, the editor locks, and nothing is charged.

Your page remains saved.

Three days before the trial ends, we send you a reminder showing the charge date and amount.

If you do not cancel, the selected pack is charged once when the 7 days end, and the full pack is added to your account.

You can also choose to pay sooner from the editor if you want to publish before the trial ends.

Once a pack payment has successfully gone through, that pack follows the same refund terms as any other paid Whitelabeler page pack.

If the day-7 payment does not go through:

• we email you a payment link
• we retry the saved card after 1 day
• we retry again after 3 days

During that unpaid period, the editor remains locked.

If the pack is still unpaid 7 days after the first failed charge, the trial ends, nothing is charged, and the full pack is not added.

Each person may receive one free trial per email address and one free trial per card.

Additional anti-abuse limits may also apply.

Mirror top-ups

A mirror top-up is a one-time purchase of extra mirrors. Mirrors never expire.

Mirror top-ups are not refundable.

The Whitelabeler Club

The Club is a monthly membership. It starts with a 30 day free trial, and we take your card details at checkout.

If you cancel during the 30 days, you are never charged. Cancelling takes one click.

Three days before your first charge, we email you a reminder so the charge is never a surprise.

Once a charge has gone through, it is not refunded. Your access carries on until the end of the month you paid for, and you can cancel any time before the next one.

Done for you services

This covers the Launch Pack, the five creatives, DFY Branding, DFY Copy Rewrite and Product Research.

These purchases are not refundable.

Delivery takes 7 to 14 days from the day you send us what we ask for. If what we deliver is not right, tell us and we will work on it with you until it is.

If you bought through our Shopify app

Some purchases are made inside our app on Shopify. Those are billed by Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice.

The same rules apply. Email support@whitelabeler.ai with any question about those purchases.

If something is wrong

Email support@whitelabeler.ai and include:

• the email address you used when you bought
• what you bought
• what is going wrong

We will look at it and help you fix it.

Any refund we choose to give is our decision in that one case. It does not change this policy.

Chargebacks

Please email us before contacting your bank. Almost every problem gets sorted out over email, and it is much faster.

If a payment is disputed, we share this policy, your checkout agreement and your account activity with the bank.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the version currently in force.
